The Role:

NowPow is looking for RFP & Sales Enablement Associate to join our Sales and Business Development team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will support all aspects of NowPow's sales strategy to increase the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. Along with providing support for sales enablement, you will coordinate RFP, RFI, and proposal responses from conception to completion. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys driving towards results, and has a passion for helping people get the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

  • Manage CRM data and other areas critical to effective lead and pipeline management; maintain accurate records of all sales development activity in our CRM
  • Build reports to inform sales account managers and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to improve to increase sales productivity; create and provide documentation on sales processes
  • Oversee sales materials and collateral in collaboration with our internal marketing team
  • Support and manage automated marketing drip campaigns and email marketing; update current marketing pieces in collaboration with our internal marketing team
  • Assist with product demos for prospective partners and demonstrate the platform value
  • Working with the Customer Success and Community Engagement team, bridge the connection between the Sales and CS teams by maintaining and auditing sales, deal records, and customer lists in our CRM
  • Perform research on prospective business partnerships and ideal prospects as needed

Proposal Management:

  • Manage RFP/RFI proposal responses using project management best practices, including the creation of project timelines, adherence to schedule, and coordination of the response team
  • Facilitate the proposal kickoff and strategy meetings with the sales account manager and internal stakeholders to identify roles, responsibilities, and timelines for submission
  • Provide high impact, compelling writing on sections of the proposal to fit proposal objectives
  • Organize and maintain a repository of product collateral for inclusion in RFP submissions creating a consistent and repeatable RFP response process
  • Continuously seek improvement initiatives for the proposal development and assessment function
  • Produce, package, and track the proposals for delivery, ensuring that the proposal submission deadlines are met

Additional responsibilities as needed for team and cross-team support of performance goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a related field
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with internal high-level stakeholder
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed

Recommended:

  • Experience with automated RFP and proposal management software (RFP 360 or similar) a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills with demonstrated ability to execute against strategy
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organization, decision making, and analytical skills
  • Self-starter, innovator, results-driven with the ability to meet both short- and long-term business goals
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build relationships and help execute projects
  • Ability to manage time well and meet imposed deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
