Faria was founded in 2006 to transition schools from paper onto a curriculum-focused learning platform. Today, Faria powers curriculum for over 8,000 schools & districts and 3 million students with a suite of 3 services. Faria’s multi-disciplinary team of 136 operates globally, across 8 offices.

We are looking for an energetic, persistent go-getter with at least 2 years prior sales experience to join the Chicago office in a full time sales role. In this role, you will have responsibility for outbound sales outreach for ManageBac in the Americas region

ManageBac is the leading online planning, assessment and reporting platform for international schools, supporting over 2,600 schools in 120 countries. By providing schools with one unified system on a consistent, modern and mobile-ready interface, ManageBac offers a seamless & integrated experience for coordinators, teachers, students and parents. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion ManageBac's sales and high growth strategy
  • Generate new sales, in addition to nurturing and managing existing sales
  • Take leads from internal sales support
  • Conduct school visits & online demonstrations to interested schools in the Americas region
  • Manage existing key accounts and identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop growth strategies
  • Identify sales opportunities in key sectors that ManageBac operates
  • Complete sales reports and manage own pipeline
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Work with the marketing team to follow up on recurring ManageBac marketing campaigns

This position requires over 30% travel.

  • Full driving license required
  • Candidate who can work in our Chicago office in River North

BENEFITS

  • $4,000 - $4,500 USD per month base salary plus eligible for sales variable compensation. OTE up to $69,000 for full calendar year based on reaching certain ARR targets
