ManageBac is the leading online planning, assessment and reporting platform for international schools, supporting over 2,600 schools in 120 countries. By providing schools with one unified system on a consistent, modern and mobile-ready interface, ManageBac offers a seamless & integrated experience for coordinators, teachers, students and parents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion ManageBac's sales and high growth strategy
Generate new sales, in addition to nurturing and managing existing sales
Take leads from internal sales support
Conduct school visits & online demonstrations to interested schools in the Americas region
Manage existing key accounts and identify new sales opportunities
Develop growth strategies
Identify sales opportunities in key sectors that ManageBac operates
Complete sales reports and manage own pipeline
Build strong customer relationships
Work with the marketing team to follow up on recurring ManageBac marketing campaign
This position requires over 30% travel.
REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for?

Exceptional written and oral communication skills
2 years prior sales experience, preferably in SaaS
Positive and energetic - a real “go-getter”
A ‘self-starter’ who his highly motivated with a desire to succeed
Confident and effective communicator
A natural flair for building effective relationships with both new and existing customers
Tech savvy, organised and highly efficient
Passionate about technology, business and winning
An ambitious fast learner with a hunger and passion for sales
Enthusiastic and positive attitude, calm under pressure
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Ability to manage high-stress situations and troubleshoot challenging problems
Ability to learn quickly & execute quickly
Attention-to-detail and satisfaction from a job well-done
Native-level English speaker
Full driving license required
Candidate who can work in our Chicago office in River North
