Job Description:

10th Magnitude is looking for a person who obsesses about providing a best in class and innovative experience for our Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams as well as our Customers and Partners. This person will be crucial for helping 10th Magnitude to efficiently manage a large number of channel sales programs. The role is a combination of operations administration, process design, and customer interaction. 

This role is best suited for someone who is cool under pressure, highly organized, process-driven, happy to roll up their sleeves, and loves to work with customers in a presales and delivery capacity. It is highly tied to 10th Magnitude's status as the #1 Microsoft Azure Systems Integrator. Previous experience in sales operations roles interacting with Microsoft is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of all Microsoft channel programs ensuring compliance, mitigating payment risk, and maintaining records
  • Work with 10th Magnitude sales teams to align Microsoft programs, make program submissions, track progress, conduct invoicing
  • Work with 10th Magnitude customers to streamline Microsoft programs to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Work directly with Microsoft Partner, Sales, and Operations teams to drive program efficiency
  • Work with 10th Magnitude Sales, Marketing, and Operations to build and improve processes and systems for channel program management
  • Lead the operations team in building the processes and systems to support the launch of new channel relationships

Qualifications:

  • You have previous experience in a channel or sales operations role or you have held a customer management position in either a sales or services capacity
  • You love to build new processes, workflows, spreadsheets, templates, and more to solve problems and then have no problem using them and sharing with others
  • You are a people person with a passion for technology and you thrive on multi-tasking across different tasks with different people
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications skills and are proficient with communications tools (PowerPoint, Skype, Teams, Excel, PowerBi, CRM)
