Sales and Success Development Representative

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Sales and Success Development Representative to our growing team. This individual will be responsible for proactive appointment setting focused on our growing markets and existing customer base.
We are seeking driven sales and customer-minded individuals that are looking for an opportunity to join a high-growth startup and will be rewarded for performance with uncapped growth opportunity.
As our Sales and Success Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
Proactively reaching out to customers (via phone and email) to provide suggestions on how to best utilize the Hireology platform for greatest business impact.
Partnering with Customer Development Account Representatives to set qualified appointments and gain sales techniques and best practices.
Maintaining and growing revenue by creating meaningful value for the customer.
Demonstrating commitment to our customer base through the highest level of responsiveness.
Consistently meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
