Overview

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and fulfillment support primarily to a TRG Sales Team. This individual should be able to work independently, easily manage a high volume of requests from a large sales team, have the ability to complete a diverse workload with multiple priorities and be able to communicate professionally with external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM, Adit/AX and other necessary systems to fulfill advertising orders and reserve premium positioning
  • Serve as the Super User for Adit/AX
  • Serve as the pre-sale digital liaison including pulling digital ad availabilities and reserving fixed positions in Dexter
  • Ensure timely billing of contracts
  • Assist management with training new hires on systems and product information
  • Update all product information on internal shared drives
  • Serve as the point of contact to locate necessary product information for sales staff
  • Work with the Finance Service Center to resolve any billing & credit issues
  • Serve as backup for Sales Reps as needed
  • Assist sales staff with creative issues and working with ad makeup to issue late numbers for insertion orders past deadline
  • Other duties & projects as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Advertising concentration preferred) or equivalent sales experience (minimum 1-3 years).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting key objectives or revenue targets
  • Must work with a high level of accuracy while managing competing priorities under moving deadlines.
  • Significant Industry knowledge of print and online products offered, preferably recruitment advertisements.
  • Knowledge of CRM system preferred
  • Ability to become proficient in new technologies to efficiently manage business processes.
  • Successful relationship-building skill
  • Excellent analytical, written, oral, communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, possess high energy, solid presentation, creative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong time and project management skills.
  • Creative flair and enthusiasm.
