Sales Coordinator
Neighborhoods.com is looking for a friendly, dynamic Sales Coordinator. They will support our Regional Sales Managers, and Partner Agents across the country by performing tasks related to Partner Agent Recruiting and Onboarding and Partner Agent Communications. They also provide support related to the sales department, including but not limited to running reports, updating databases, and planning events.
Neighborhoods.com is the first online real estate resource to put the neighborhood at the center of the home search. Our platforms, 55places.com and Neighborhoods.com, invite users to imagine their life in a new area by providing a local’s perspective, including detailed descriptions and resident reviews of schools, amenities, and the surrounding community.
What you'll be doing as our Sales Coordinator:
Partner Agent Recruiting & Onboarding:
- Responds to all online Partner Agent Applications promptly.
- Researches customer service processes of agents who apply to the Partner Agent Program.
- Actively searches for new Partner Agent candidates, and maintains the Bench List and Market Needs List for Regional Sales Managers.
- Conducts phone interviews with viable Partner Agent candidates.
- Keeps detailed notes in recruiting database.
- Takes responsibility for executing tasks related to Partner Agent Onboarding.
- Manages subagent and assistant onboarding.
Partner Agent Communications:
- Provides support to all Partner Agents through phone, email, and online meetings, and escalates to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager if necessary.
- Use Salesforce to log communication with Partner Agents.
- Creates and distributes agent newsletters, Salesforce alerts, email announcements, and social media posts.
- Manages all profile information for Partner Agents across Neighborhoods.com, 55places.com, and Salesforce. Edits all agent photos and bios, and re-writes if necessary.
Sales Department Support:
- Creates and updates Sales Reports and relevant databases.
- Conducts all Current Agent Shops and reports results to Regional Sales Managers daily.
- Assists in planning and executing the Partner Agent Summit, Platinum Club Meeting, and other regional partner agent meetings.
- Handles all agent assignments and agent vacation requests

Basic requirements to do the job:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Great G Suite and email skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- A basic understanding of the real estate industry
- Experience in sales or recruiting
- Experience writing copy for social media
