Sales Development/ Call Center Manager (Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development/Call Center Manager to supervise daily operations and personnel, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

To be a successful Sales Development Manager with Community Brands, you should be organized, data-driven, and focused on developing your team of representatives and all call center practices. You should be enthusiastic, observant, detail-oriented, and possess an understanding of the business, the products and services, and the issues representatives are facing on the floor. As the Sales Development Manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Sales Development/ Call Center Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of sales development representatives.
  • Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
  • Work with Marketing team on messaging and understanding campaign performance.
  • Maintain and improve call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
  • Evaluating key metrics and ensuring representatives are achieving desired sales goals and taking corrective action, as needed.
  • Summarize, collect and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance reports.
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years in sales management experience, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Cold call experience (to both new prospects and current customers)
  • Formed and led highly functioning teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
