ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. The Sales Development Representative will support the Account Executive team by pushing qualified prospective clients through our sales pipeline. What you will be working on: 

  • You will onboard into a four-week training program run by our Solutions Consultants to understand how our platform works.
  • You will be partnering with a team of Account Executives while pushing qualified leads towards the Account Executive team to close. 
  • You will be researching and cultivating prospect relationships through continued follow-up and conversations qualification to move new business opportunities into the sales funnel.
  • You will identify prospective clients and build the pipeline through various methods such as (but not limited to) cold-calling, emailing, and email campaigns.
  • You will be held accountable for consistently meeting or exceeding quota metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.

Who you will be working with: 

  • You will be reporting to our Senior Sales Manager while working with other Account Executives in the Finance, Hospitality & Restaurants vertical.
  • You will have weekly 1-on-1s with your manager to ensure that you are being set up for success in the best way possible and receiving additional coaching.

What we need from you: 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have extraordinary attention to detail for pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • You are creative when it comes to finding solutions to problems. 
  • You have a motivation for learning the ropes of a business while fostering a growth mindset of receiving feedback.
  • You have a passion for testing, measuring, and improving marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • You are self-motivated and do well as an individual contributor.
  • You have Salesforce experience (a plus, not mandatory.)

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
