What you will do as a HealthJoy SDR
- Effectively and independently distill and deliver the HealthJoy value proposition, our product’s benefits, integrations, and features over the phone
- Qualify and convert marketing leads into prospects
- Leverage our outbound sales technologies (SalesLoft, ConnectAndSell, Salesforce) to make outbound calls to targeted prospects each day
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for HealthJoy’s Regional Sales Executives
- Become a product expert at our company and learn how to evangelize HealthJoy to our prospective clients
- Be part of an SDR Team - You will contribute, share best practices and ideas, provide constructive feedback to your manager and peers, and overall make our team stronger
- Push the limits of your quota and become a sales rockstar
Your experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Communication, Marketing, or Sales highly preferred)
- You are ambitious with a strong drive to succeed in sales
- 0-3 years of outbound sales or business development experience
- You are coachable, hard-working, and able to learn quickly
- Commitment to sell, win and grow
- You have excellent listening, phone, and writing skills
- You have innate leadership qualities which can be developed to help you grow and contribute to HealthJoy’s overall mission
