Position Description

ClearCut Analytics is looking for a highly-motivated, passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced company and growing sales team. The SDR will play a key role in our company’s growth through prospecting, demand generation, and the development of qualified leads. This role will report to ClearCut’s Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities towards targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other campaigns
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them to the next step in the customer journey
  • Perform initial needs assessment and identify prospects pain points to determine how ClearCut can provide a solution
  • Attend industry trade shows to engage with and educate prospects
  • Become a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Update and maintain CRM software (HubSpot)
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our customer journey

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
  • Experience in software sales is preferred; SaaS experience is even better
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
