You Are

• An entrepreneurial-minded individual with 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience

• Driven to succeed while maintaining a high level of integrity

• A continuous learner with high self-awareness, and can speak to experience when persistence helped you achieve a goal

• A strong communicator (written and oral) who is able to effectively deliver a message to different types of personas

• Comfortable in a team environment but can operate independently as well

After You Apply...

• Our Talent Acquisition Lead will review your resume and if applicable will contact you to set up a quick introductory call (she will use that time to understand your skills and professional interests).

• Assuming the call goes well, we will schedule you for an in-person interview to learn about your current situation. In this meeting, we will dive deeper into your professional background and qualifications as well as talk through your aspirations, and personal requirements to determine your best fit in the marketplace.

• If you're a match, you will be introduced to our employer partners. You will also take an Extended DiSC Assessment to highlight sales strengths, communication style, and motivators.
