Job Details

Our sales team executes outbound sales initiatives to increase the quantity and quality of leads while managing our sales pipeline. In addition to prospecting efforts, you will help experiment, refine, and improve our processes over time. Eventually, your responsibilities will expand beyond qualifying and nurturing leads to encompass more of the sales cycle. We want our SDRs to grow into sales professionals that execute the entire sales cycle and manage their own pipeline.

In this role, you will receive extensive training and ongoing support from the founding team. We expect you to be engaged, curious, and proactive about giving and receiving feedback during the ramp-up period.   • Make outbound cold calls and run email campaigns to marketing-generated prospects to schedule product demos and meetings for sales representatives

  • Qualify prospects, uncover pain points and challenges, identify key decision makers

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

  • Develop product and industry knowledge in preparation of taking on additional sales responsibilities

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a highly dedicated and supportive founding team

Skills & Qualifications

     •  Entry level sales or general professional experience with a passion for a career in sales

     •  Strong verbal communications skills and presence over the phone

     •  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

     •  Comfortable with ambiguity

     •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

     •  CRM and Microsoft office proficiency

     •  Startup experience (preferred)
