Sales Development Representative
Kapow, a Cvent company, is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support continued high growth in 2019. Your primary responsibility will be to establish initial points of contact with prospective customers before converting them to Kapow customers. You'll accomplish this by responding to inbound leads, calling outbound prospects, and setting & leading product demonstrations with our Sales team.
The ideal candidate should be highly ambitious with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fun work environment. We're looking for someone who wants to have a direct impact on the growth of our company. As a Sales Development Representative you'll have the chance to help us increase our market share and expand our existing client base.

What You Will Be Doing
· Serve as first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
· Influence decision-makers to meet with Kapow Account Managers to discuss Kapow's services and platform; set and lead presentations
· Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat
· Cold call and email leads
· Prospect new leads
· Partner with Sales Team to achieve revenue goals
· Manage your work and action items in Salesforce
· Provide feedback for product enhancement and process improvements
What You Need for this Position
· Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
· Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
· Ability to handle high outbound call volume (40+ calls per day)
· Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
