The Role 

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the performance of the Paro Growth team by up-leveling role based skills, introducing playbooks, support bringing new offerings and capabilities to market, on-boarding new hires, and as a part of the Revenue Operations team, contribute to the direction of the revenue engine of Paro. The Sales Enablement Leader will develop an ecosystem of revenue enablement across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Craft the overall on-boarding learning journey of our customer facing reps and managers to help complete the ramp to full productivity
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to equip sales and customer success with the most up-to-date service offerings and world-class resources to successfully perform
  • Develop and implement a cadence for enablement that supports sales plays, sales methodologies with monthly releases
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & business leaders to develop relevant content, tools and resources to aid skill development & on-the-job learning application
  • Measure and monitor the impact of enablement initiatives
  • Special projects including but not limited to creating leadership training track, certification, customer events, assisting with All Hands, and others

How You’ll Add Value

  • Sales or customer success experience in an individual contributor role or 1-4 years experience in an enablement role
  • Quick learner when it comes to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as there is a heavy amount of writing and selling ideas 
  • Great collaborator, as this role is heavily cross-functional
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable hands on experience
