This Sales Enablement Manager will take the lead on rolling out all new product features and work closely with our Product Marketing team on product launches. You will be focused around building content, managing programs and partnering with sales managers to support our global sales team. You will also have ownership of sales tools, training and measuring adoption. 


This is a high-visibility growth opportunity for someone looking to make an impact across the sales team while partnering with our sales enablement leads in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. This is an important role for both the enablement and sales team and we are excited to bring someone on board who loves to build something from the ground up and roll up their sleeves and get creative with enablement programs!

What your day could consist of:

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing & Enablement to support new product launches and product rollouts
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions based on the highest priority and needs identified within each respective Sales organization – which include but are not limited to: product readiness, sales tools and systems, opportunity management, and sales messaging and presentations
  • Be a contributor to our Go-to-Market team ensuring the Business Development team and Account Executive teams are trained to effectively communicate the value and positioning of new products and features
  • Regularly collaborates with Sales leaders to define clear measures of success for the training initiatives that are being delivered
  • Work with sales team members to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the global sales team with regard to product and industry knowledge and conduct ongoing needs assessments
  • Develop and deliver an engaging learning experience using a variety of mediums, including classroom training, online/on-demand tutorials and certifications, and videos
  • Prepare ongoing reports and dashboards linking sales enablement efforts with ramp time, satisfaction, content knowledge and comprehension, meetings booked, win rates, and average sales price

What is needed:

  • 4+ years working in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development at a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build compelling content and collateral for training programs including presentations, decks, videos, exercises and manager resources
  • Strong understanding of the different sales roles and enablement needs within a sales org
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable taking general guidance and turning it into clear deliverables and business impact in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Comfortable creating and sticking to deadlines, is able to work autonomously and work collaboratively
  • Ability to show past work that is creative and fun (so that the sales team was engaged and enjoyed learning) 
  • Open to building new programs and working collaboratively with cross departmental teams to create something amazing 
  • Excited by creating structure out of ambiguity and being highly self-directed. (If you prefer not to work in unstructured environments, this may not be the role for you.)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Confident presenting in person and online
  • Previous experience in selling roles a plus
  • Experience using sales tools: standard experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools such as (Rise, Captivate, Continu, etc.), Knowledge management tools (Guru, Showpad, Highspot, etc.), conversation intelligence tools (Gong, Dialpad, Chorus.ai, etc.) and knowledge of Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Learning & Instructional Design framework (ex. ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom) a plus
