ReviewTrackers is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to help drive learning initiatives across the sales organization and support our growth. As the Sales Enablement Manager, you are the subject matter expert on learning programs from new hire onboarding, skill development and learning systems. You will help create structure to ensure our sellers are provided the tools and resources needed to be successful.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop the sales enablement strategy and success metrics for onboarding, ongoing development, sales methodology and tools.
  • Create and maintain training portal and resource library
  • Build an onboarding program designed to accelerate ramp to productivity for sales professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer success, product, and marketing teams to develop enablement programs for the organization.
  • Establish and report KPIs for enablement programs to track and measure time to productivity, effectiveness of trainings (attendance, feedback etc), including post-training usage metrics.
  • Ideal candidate will have the ability to work strategically and execute the programs developed.
  • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
  • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions for new and existing employees
  • Create and schedule training classes while delivering high-quality training in a variety of mediums including virtual webinars and in person instructor led sessions
  • Ensures that training milestones and goals are met
  • Perform needs analysis and make recommendations on ways to streamline training sessions and learning methods
  • Provide new employees with training on sales technologies 

Who you will be working with:

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Performance
  • Working closely with the VP of Customer Success
  • Lots of collaboration with Director of Revenue Ops , Product Managers , Director of Marketing, Director of Product Growth

What you bring to the table:

  • experience utilizing and training in SFDC
  • At least 5+ years sales enablement experience
  • Candidate must have sales enablement experience in a SaaS organization
  • Proven experience in delivering effective sales training curricula
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to deliver training confidently & clearly to a variety of system user groups
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
