What you’ll do when you get here:

  •  Develop and execute strategy and training and development for our Sales Operations by collaborating with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, People Operations, and GTM teams by driving key initiatives
  • Execute the launch of new sales training initiatives and collateral
  • Help to drive the growth of MRR through the engineering fully defined sales process, sales messaging, sales onboarding, and sales performance management
  •  Work with peers in order to help to develop and optimize sales processes and programs as it relates to our sales toolkit, including sales playbooks, proposals, and articulating ROI for prospective customers
  • Compliance-Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency across sales
  • Develop enablement strategies to train the organization on how to optimize SFDC, other SaaS tools and data across all business units to increase our data-driven decision capabilities 
  • Assist in the development of key performance metrics, dashboards, and reports that drive focus for the sales team
  • Use abilities to build, maintain and continuously improve relationships with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure collateral and messaging are aligned
  • Work with Product and other stakeholders across the organization to increase product knowledge across all GTM and customer success teams
  • Continually strive to drive velocity through the sales funnel by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
  • Decrease onboarding time of new sales team members to decrease ramp time


Areas of Focus

  • Sales Process, SFDC and process compliance, policy, and the measurement of tool adoption
  • The ability to communicate, set expectations, and deliver content
  • Work within budget to maximize existing tools to increase efficiency 


What you need to have:

  • 7+ years of Sales Enablement experience with SaaS, Managed TMS, and brokerage
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, computer science, statistics or other related fields
  • Understanding of CRM and sales process
  • A can-do attitude that enjoys building
  • Customer obsession
  • Proficient at Excel, SFDC, LMS platforms, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker


What is Preferred:

  • MBA
  • Prior consulting or analyst experience
