Sales Enablement Manager/Director

You will report directly to the Head of Retail Sales and be responsible for coordinating and running all sales training and enablement across the sales team. This will include both new hire onboarding as well as continued education for existing reps. You’ll also be tasked with finding ways to optimize training via quizzes and videos. This is a remote position. Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
What you'll be doing
- Handle monthly onboarding of all new account executives across Inside and outside sales
- Train existing sales reps on any new changes or enablement tools
- Create new training resources for the Sales Org Working across multiple departments to ensure we have the correct training materials in place
- Document and lead trainings on process changes
- Shadow sales reps and provide coaching and feedback
- Manage sales collateral to keep organized and up-to-date
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of sales training experience
- Coaching/mentoring experience
- Highly organized and efficient
- Track record of success as an individual contributor and sales enablement leader
- Experience leading training in a group setting
