You will be focused around building content supporting our sales and marketing onboarding program and ongoing training. You will facilitate a new hire onboarding class every two weeks, develop training with specific and measurable learning outcomes, develop a certification program and more! This is a high-visibility growth opportunity for someone looking to make a high impact across a global team, partnering with global leads in EMEA, APAC and LATAM as well as our North American enablement team to ensure consistency and scalable onboarding for all sales roles. This is an important role for both the enablement and sales team and we are excited to bring someone on board who loves to build something from the ground up and roll up your sleeves and get creative with our onboarding and training programs.

What your day could consist of:

  • Own the sales new hire onboarding program to support our growing global team
  • Facilitate sales onboarding sessions with a combination of virtual, in person and pre-recorded content and measure ramp time, content knowledge and comprehension
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions for sales, tracking measurable outcomes such as attendance, satisfaction, content knowledge and comprehension
  • Create onboarding curriculum that supports revenue generating efforts for the sales and marketing teams
  • Work with product marketing and other stakeholders to develop our onboarding materials for each role within the sales department to support learning effectiveness 
  • Work closely with sales managers to support them as their new team members navigate their onboarding journey 
  • Work with sales team members to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company with regard to product and industry knowledge and conduct ongoing needs assessments
  • Develop and deliver an engaging learning experience using a variety of mediums, including classroom training, online/on-demand tutorials and certifications, and videos
  • Work collaboratively with internal groups (sales leadership, marketing, product management, sales operations, training & education) to accomplish Sales Enablement objectives
  • Prepare ongoing reports and dashboards linking sales enablement efforts with ramp time, satisfaction, content knowledge and comprehension, meetings booked, win rates, and average sales price

What is needed:

  • 3+ years working in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development at a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Experience creating enablement content for an onboarding program including presentations, decks, and videos
  • Proven ability to build compelling content and collateral, ideally for a high-growth product-based SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of the different sales roles and enablement needs within a sales org
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable taking general guidance and turning it into clear deliverables and business impact in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Someone who is comfortable creating and sticking to deadlines, is able to work autonomously and work collaboratively
  • Ability to create, update, and maintain an ever growing repository of onboarding content
  • Ability to show past work that is creative and fun (so that the sales team was engaged and enjoyed learning) a plus
  • Open to building new programs and working collaboratively with cross departmental teams to create something amazing
  • Excited by creating structure out of ambiguity and being highly self-directed. If you prefer not to work in unstructured environments, this may not be the role for you
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Confident presenting in person and online
  • Experience using standard eLearning tools such as (Rise, Captivate, Continu, etc.), and Knowledge management tools (Guru, Showpad, Highspot, etc.) is a plus
