- Identify and craft custom solutions to all seller integration issues.
- Handle Reverb.com's API documentation and Help-center articles while ensuring breaking changes are publicly available to users of our API, including the changelog.
- Collaborate with Reverb Engineers to develop new integrations while leading existing relationships with third-party development firms and end-users.
- Seek out opportunities for UI/UX enhancements/improvements and regularly engage with Engineering to ensure gaps are identified and resolved.
- Collect and articulate user feedback into quantified data that can be used to drive decisions.
- Source and generate prospective integration leads using internal and external resources.
- Implement processes and procedures to reach sales targets (drip campaigns, cold calls, etc.)
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to prospective integrators and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Solution-based sales experience in a technical environment.
- Self-motivated with a deep understanding of integration technologies like REST APIs, embeddable widgets, and apps.
- Reproduce API-related technical issues using a service like Postman.
- Actively serve as a link between the Engineering, Product, and Outreach teams in relaying updates or suggestions to the IMS and API experience for Sellers.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth technology company with a rapidly growing client base.
