We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives. This is a high energy, fast paced, high volume team that will be responsible for generating net new leads and qualify incoming leads. This team will have the ability to close deals up to a certain threshold and will also be measured on passing higher potential accounts to the AE team.



What your day could consist of:

  • Hiring & coaching Sales Development Reps (typically between 1-2 years experience)
  • Actively shadowing and reviewing call recordings and providing specific and actionable feedback to SDR's via weekly 1:1's
  • Monitoring and maintaining integrity within the sales process
  • Maintaining a lively, high energy, fun, competitive and cooperative team culture that is focused on results
  • Leading the team to meet objectives of closing revenue, identifying and qualifying opportunities to pass to the sales team and contribution to overall team revenue
  • Coaching and developing SDR's to prepare to move up to the Business Development Representative role

What is needed:

  • Previous experience in and a comprehensive understanding of a high activity team
  • Previous leadership/coaching experience strongly preferred but not firmly required if a track record of high performance can be proven
  • Strong focus on problem-solving and experience providing both positive and negative feedback
  • Looking for someone that can inspire a team focused and collaborative environment
  • Experience and strong point of view on deal qualification a must (experience with the Sandler Sales Methodology a plus)
  • Has the ability to create and track individual and team metrics
  • Should be very focused on development and advancement of their team members and must also be highly coachable themselves
