Role Overview
This Sales Manager role is designed for a growth-minded, self motivated individual that is passionate about our mission: simplifying the benefits experience.
The HealthJoy sales team is at the forefront of scaling our business and our team of Sales Managers are as entrepreneurial as they come. You will have complete ownership of an untapped market. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves, develop deeper broker relationships, have weekly client meetings and develop new relationships that win more market share.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with brokers across your region to incorporate HealthJoy into their employee benefits offering
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and use detailed knowledge of the HealthJoy solutions to challenge prospective brokers & customers to consider a new and innovative offering
- Ability to articulate HealthJoy’s value proposition to prospective and existing clients and successfully secure new business
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients onsite
- Collaborate with all levels and departments in a positive and successful manner
Qualifications
- Aggressive self-starter with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
- Commitment to sell, win and grow
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; excellent poise and presentation skills
- Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications with the ability to conduct product demos and understand the complexities of a SaaS business
- 3+ years of experience in a sales position
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel 50% of time
