Our vision & mission: Paro is freeing business professionals from the constraints of traditional employment by empowering them to pursue meaningful work on their own terms. In turn, we are democratizing access to the business solutions that companies need.

What we deliver

Paro provides flexible finance and accounting solutions to businesses via its network of highly vetted freelance experts. Through our proprietary AI-powered platform, we match clients with the best-fit experts to solve problems and drive growth. Our carefully curated expert community provides a range of financial services to clients, from basic bookkeeping and accounting to highly specialized corporate development and strategic advisory.

The Role

Due to the significant growth that Paro is experiencing, our sales department is building out a 2nd team of Inbound Account Executives to complement our existing inbound sales channel, and serve as a pivotal piece of our sales organization.

As the Inbound Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in refining and accelerating Paro’s inbound sales strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and be involved in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires as well as lead a team that supports the entire organization through qualifying marketing leads and creating new opportunities that drive revenue growth through exceeding quota.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage account executives through their Paro careers, helping them achieve their goals and develop as sales professionals
  • Organize and lead recurring team meetings, and participate in broader cross-Sales meetings / events
  • Optimize rep-specific sales funnels through analytical rigor - yes, we’re Salesforce geeks - identifying coaching opportunities within the data.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Paro’s disruptive business model, combining prior experience with our suite of solutions to solve market pain points
  • Roll up your sleeves through hands-on coaching, call shadowing, and role playing
  • Manufacture momentum and organic enthusiasm that is contagious across your direct reports (and spills over to Sales team as a whole)
  • Lead all manner of performance conversations, including celebrating wins, holding team members accountable and giving difficult feedback to those who are not meeting expectations
  • Remove roadblocks from your team through tactics ranging from technical automation to closing knowledge gaps, and improving cross-functional processes
  • Shape evolution of Paro’s new customer acquisition strategy as member of Sales Leadership team
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with Revenue Operations and Marketing, among other internal stakeholders

How you’ll add value

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
  • Established track record of exceeding quota targets, with teams performing above peer teams at recent/current employer
  • Thrive leading and coaching in a consultative/strategic sales environment
  • Will be ambitious, able to build trust, motivated, think outside the box
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess exceptional listening, organization, presentation, and business strategy skills
  • Analytical mindset comfortable identifying data trends and making actionable recommendations

Who you are

We’re more interested in how you add to our innovative community than formal education or experience. That said, you will shine in this role if you:

Believe that in order to be successful, you need to be surrounded with others who can be their authentic selves at work while driving forward the future of work with Paro. You value taking smart risks and having your colleague’s backs. You welcome challenges and are rigorous in ensuring all voices are heard. You are open to understanding each other’s experiences and communicating effectively together. At Paro we work hard, but we also want every employee to enjoy the journey. You work collaboratively, do the right thing, never settle and put your best work into everything you do.
