Pareto Intelligence is an analytics solution company focused on helping providers and health plans deliver improved financial and medical cost outcomes.  Pareto IntelligenceTM was designed to help our health plan clients solve critical financial and business challenges in a post PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) world.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to focus on lead generation across the health plan and provider markets.  A successful Sales Manager will possess:

  • Initiative and the ability to quickly develop relationships within the healthcare industry
  • An ability to work independently through lead generation, as well as collaboratively with our Leadership Team on sales pursuits
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and delivering dynamic solutions to improve our clients’ overall performance

Specific elements of the Sales Manager role include:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of all Pareto solutions and our clients’ business needs
  • Understanding of the market and an ability to collaboratively define solutions with our clients and prospects
  • Prospective client outreach and lead generation for all Pareto solutions
  • Conference attendance and networking
  • Managing multiple client leads and activities concurrently
  • Collaborating with Pareto Leadership on sales pursuits
  • Leading/contributing to client presentations and ongoing BD discussions
  • Providing live demonstrations of all solutions
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of Pareto’s business development strategy

To join our team, you will need to possess these skills / attributes:

  • Education – A Bachelor’s Degree in a related degree
  • Healthcare Experience – At least 5+ years of healthcare experience
  • Business Development & Sales Experience – At least three years of sales experience, within the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Self-initiative – An ability to thinking creatively and work independently to generate sales leads & opportunities for the organization
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly and concisely communicate information and ideas orally and in writing
  • Environment – Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, where continuous learning and new challenges go hand in hand

 

Successful candidate must be willing and able to travel, when necessary.  Estimated travel is between 40-60% of the time.
