As a Senior Analyst for Rewards Network, reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain analytical dashboards, compensation analyses, and ad hoc analyses while supporting annual projects such as sales resource planning, target allocation, and distribution.

 

We are looking for a passionate problem solver who is highly focused, agile, and who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will need to not only run lead on discovery, development and maintenance of various performance dashboards and reports, but also derive insights from the same and effectively communicate them to our leaders.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with, and gain exposure to, senior leadership across the business to harness our data and drive transformation that matters.

 

What You’ll Do With Us

 

· Lead monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses related to sales

· Own various monthly compensation reports and processes

· Support quarterly/annual sales planning, target setting and board deck creation

· Partner with Data Science, Sales Operations and Leadership on new projects and initiatives


Who You Are

 

· 5+ years of analytical experience preferred

· Strong quantitative and qualitative skillsets

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Domo, Tableau, etc.), data structures, and visualizations

· Comfortable working in remote and in-person environment

·  Strong understanding of sales processes and history working with sales leaders
