Provi is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations / Growth team.

What you’ll be doing

Own performance tracking and reporting tools and processes supporting sales teams.

Provide insights from analysis of sales KPIs and commissions.

Ensure accuracy and availability of critical information.

Perform analysis / research supporting sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and market strategy.

Prepare presentations for multiple audiences.

Manage delivery of multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

What we are looking for

2+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, and/or business analytics

Proficient with relevant analytical tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, report-building tools)

Self-direction, willingness to make decisions with incomplete information, integrity to own inevitable mistakes, ingenuity to overcome them.

Organization and project management to juggle competing priorities and timeliness seamlessly.

Analytical mindset, ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback into tactical improvement plans.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, gift for persuasion, voracious listening.

Collaborative working style, able to influence product roadmaps, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and deliver complicated projects ahead of schedule.
