The Impact You Will Make
The Sales & Operations Analyst will be responsible for researching, investigating, and tracking Grubhub's driver supply business needs. This analyst will create queries, dashboards, and reports for business operations stakeholders. Responsibilities may include data cleaning, generating driver supply statistics, programming for ad hoc testing, and preparing data documentation. This role will also be responsible for supporting weekly processes related to Grubhub's driver supply.
- Perform descriptive (what), diagnostic (why), predictive (likely), and prescriptive (what action to take) analytics related to driver supply
- Support weekly processes including uploads and QA of inputs
- Design, develop, and maintain data dashboards
- Identify potential risks and opportunities by uncovering patterns and relationships in driver supply data
- Partner cross-functionally to understand the "bigger picture" with full understanding of data relationships and cause & effect within business processes while working closely with data science, product, and logistics
- Gather requirements in order to perform complex queries with pre-existing and unestablished data sets that effectively represent the status of business performance
- Assist in the deployment of initiatives to improve operations based on quantitative
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelors Degree in math, statistics, computer science, business or 3+ years experience in a related field.
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Excel
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect data points to business objectives
- Statistical Skillset and Critical Thinker - Ability to work with large data sets to proactively identify and solve problems.
- Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Ability to execute accurate work in a timely manner
