About the Role

G2 is looking for driven, analytical Sales Operations Associate to assist in optimizing and analyzing the day-to-day success of the sales organization. The position will involve refining sales processes and working directly with sales reps to enable success. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SFDC dashboards and reports to track sales performance
• Assist sales reps with entering agreements and contracts into Salesforce/CPQ
• Investigate and resolve issues related to the contracts
• Optimize practices and processes across the sales org
• Collect metrics and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-1 years of sales operations experience
• Logical and analytical with a strong attention to detail
• Proactive self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Process oriented
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Salesforce
