Sales Operations Associate
Envoy Global is seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Operations Associate that will use their analytical, project management, go to market and process improvement expertise to support the company in several areas across teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will provide operational and analytical support to the sales team and sales management. This position will help us increase the velocity of our customer acquisition by:
- Ensuring the sales team is being properly trained in the processes of SFDC opportunity creation, order booking, quoting and forecasting.
- Implement, train, and drive adoption of new sales enablement tools for the reps.
- Ensure sales team is adapting to new processes and strategies set forth by leadership and sales management. E.g. new package pricing roll-out.
- Own the territory management in SFDC for all account executives.
- Own the RFP process from a project management, process, and technical perspectives
- Pull reports as needed using sales dashboard, pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales productivity.
- Maintain SFDC Hygiene under the direction of the Salesforce Administrator
- Assisting in driving all sales orders and approvals through internal processing by engaging with various teams including finance, technology, customer experience, etc.
- Participate in process and system improvement if required
- Assist in training when needed mostly around the sales process.
- Own the monthly Company All Hands Meeting sales presentation development
- Own the quarterly Sales All Hands meeting presentation development with VP, Sales
- Other projects as assigned
You Have:
- 2-4 years’ experience including project management, knowledge of technology, sales background.
- Able to understand match day-to-day activities to priorities set by sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong data and analytical skills are required
- Proficiency in PC, particularly in MS Office (including Excel) and SFDC
- Excellent communication skills. Answers questions directly and with brevity.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
- Excellent presentation skills and composure.
- Able to communicate effectively internally and externally verbally and in writing. Strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint).
- Often solicits feedback and reacts calmly to constructive criticism.
- Follow-through on commitments. Lives up to verbal and written agreements.
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive strategic and HR related information
- Willing to do other projects as necessary
