Sales Operations Associate
The Sales Operations Associate is anentry-level position that is a significant contributor to our growing SalesOperations department. The idealcandidate will become adept with Salesforce and/or Gainsight with the potentialto become more Sales Training-focused.
Responsibilities:
· Sales Support
- Start 4B documents
- Organize contracts to capture information not systematically captured
- Build quotes
· Work on POsfor clients under direction of Sales Directors
· Build out initialdecommission contracts
· Update bill to/shipto information on quotes
· Push through autorenewals
· Organizedocuments in SharePoint/Box
· Help Salesrepresentatives keep opportunities updated with regular reporting
· Learn reports,dashboarding, and field management in Salesforce.com
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ideally 1 or more years of Sales Support ideally in a software company
- Advanced Excel user skills required (VLOOKUP's, HLOOKUP's, Sum IF/AND/OR Formulas, Pivot Tables, Index Match, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Great attitude and ability to solve problems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines and be a proactive problem solver
