InfoScout is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator (working primarily with Salesforce) to support our rapidly growing sales team and increase operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. The Sales Operations team develops and implements processes in the Salesforce CRM to optimize the operations of our global sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the business development team throughout the sales process from Quote creation to Closed/Winning the account/client, documenting issues and communicating them to the Salesforce product team. Organization and attention to detail are key to this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Provide general support around end-to-end Sales process and respond to inquiries from the global sales team in Salesforce.com
  • Develop documentation around any common issues or trends and report to Salesforce product heads
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Perform data loading and management including updating records and merging/processing duplicate records
  • Help implement operational projects to increase team efficiency
  • Opportunity to learn reporting and dashboard creation to ensure data integrity within Salesforce
  • Salesforce.com experience is ideal but not required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree required
  • Entry level position, no experience required
  • Excel experience strongly preferred - vlookup, pivot tables
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to learn more about operations within sales
  • Comfortable learning new software systems
