Sales Operations Coordinator

As we’re growing, we need a Sales Operations Coordinator to help support efficiencies and operational excellence in our downtown Chicago office. You’ll help our Sales teams reach more customers and work more effectively. Chances are, you will be doing something a little different every day. This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be doing a variety of projects. Here are a few key areas:
- Provide analytical and auditing support to three sales teams spanning inside and out.
- Perform various ad hoc project management activities related to sales team
- Create, update and audit various sales reports in Salesforce Lightning for all three teams.
- Maintain documentation relevant to the sales team
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires in the sales department
- Event planning activity and assisting with travel needs
- Identifying, documenting and improving processes
YOU’RE GREAT AT:
- Communication, collaboration, and support for diverse teams
- Oversee the running thread of activity to capture the metrics for analytics
- Use Excel skills such as for VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to maintain reports.
- Have attention to detail and be highly organized
- Be able to adapt to process changes and effectively communicate those to the team
- Salesforce (or any CRM) knowledge is a plus
