We are constantly keeping our eyes open for revenue generating opportunities in organizations using application development and data analytics.  

In order to meet the demands of our high growth business, we are looking for talented Sales Operations Leader to provide insight and structure to our rapidly growing business. This person will have a huge impact on the organization as a whole and there will be tremendous growth opportunities. 

What you will do at Inspire11: 

  • Strategic ownership of the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the leadership team 
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, Key Performance Indicators, and individual performance goals  
  • Create sales policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material 
  • Coach and mentor sales team members across our different markets (Chicago, Minneapolis, Atlanta)  
  • Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management 

 

Why you are a fit for Inspire11:  

  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales operations with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and building sales methodology 
  • You have a passion for onboarding, training and coaching and mentoring the sales teams  
  • You have experience with strategic account management, sales process and solution selling 
  • You encompass strong interpersonal, planning analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making 
  • You are organized, detailed oriented, and can manage a pipeline of prospects successfully  
  • You are comfortable working in fast paced environments, ability to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored
