The Role:

The SnackNation Sales department is scaling our sales team through next year as we launch new product segments. As we do that, we’re looking to hire a passionate, experienced Sales Operations Manager to assume administrative and operational tasks to allow our sellers to focus and get better on what they do best: selling.

This role is pivotal in creating process and systems for efficiency and scale. As a Sales Operations Manager you will bring system, science, and best practices into our world of selling.

The successful candidate must be able to work directly with stakeholders in a hands-on way, lead multiple programs at one time, and provide solutions that are scalable and cost efficient. You will provide our sales leaders with the ability to make informed decisions and partner with marketing to help ensure that reps know how to successfully utilize content like eBooks, case studies, blogs, and videos. This role will help identify strategy, best practices to guide training, and technology to hack success.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the sales team Salesforce Lightning environments with 30+ sales reps
  • Oversee and provide direction for the implementation of new objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, and record types in Salesforce
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Apply sound Salesforce and automation best practices as it relates to a sales team
  • Evaluate and implement sales tech stack and acceleration tools 
  • Defragmentation & Integration of Technology Tools
  • Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology
  • Help sales leaders make data-driven decisions
  • Work with marketing to enable salespeople
  • Work with IT and business process owners to understand the need and determine the optimal way to enable new functionality and data requests.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Must use independent judgment to design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Apply communication, analysis, problem solving, business knowledge & technical skills to design
  • You will bring your CRM experience to help manage lead lists, ensure that fields are updated correctly, find and delete duplicate leads, manage custom fields, manage the API, handle lead assignment rules, automation, and more
  • Perform any other development related duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • Experience working as part of an agile development team
  • Experience with Sales Acceleration Tools
  • 2+ years of operations management and CRM (Salesforce) administration in sales or marketing with ecommerce or technology sectors
  • 2+ years of direct experience developing or managing Salesforce
  • 2+ years working in collaboration with Marketing Operations teams utilizing a marketing automation tool (preferably Marketo) integrated with Salesforce
  • In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Support, and Operations
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions
  • Strong bias for action and ability to organize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills as well as ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • SFDC Certified
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription based models preferred

SnackNation's HQ is in LA, and we've expanded to a 2nd office which is currently part of the growing WeWork community located downtown in River North!
