How you will make an impact:

• Identify, measure and translate metrics into actionable goals with supporting activities
• Build and maintain customized dashboards and reports to track and communicate business performance 
• You will map, document and continually improve the sales process and supporting processes
• Implement and make sure processes to maintain the integrity of Salesforce.com data 

What you bring:

• 2+ years of operational experience within Salesforce.com and administrator certification preferred
• Strong understanding of data management and business work flows
• Skillful in data manipulation and cleansing
• Strategic thinker and the ability to interpret opportunities for improvement from data/reports to team actions
