Responsibilities: 

 

  • Serve as front-line support for Salesforce.com 
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, security, workflows and other tasks
  • Assist in the generation, documentation & communication of regular reporting packages
  • Review release notes and debrief team on upcoming impacts/improvements
  • Leverage Salesforce.com to partner with the Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product & Data teams to drive insights into the business operations
  • Operate independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • All other duties assigned

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distill high-level information into details
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Fundamental understanding of databases, and how they interact with one another
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator or related function
  • Experience in Salesforce business processes: Campaign Management, Opportunity Management, Account Management. Experience customizing and implementing with Objects, Custom Apps, Layouts, Tabs, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval process, Assignment/Sharing Rules.
  • Salesforce CPQ- Configure, Price, Quote experience (user or administrator) is preferred, but not required
