The Sales Operations Specialist supports the functions essential to our sales force’s productivity. This role is directly involved in process reinforcement and improvements, contracts, administration of tools, data governance and quality control, reporting building, and sales training. Ultimately, this position works with a variety of teams to ensure the sales team works effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Reinforces sales team utilization of Salesforce and other key systems of record, and monitors the data integrity within these systems
  • Proactively identifies and facilitates opportunities for continuous sales process improvement
  • Collaborates with sales operations, sales representatives, and sales managers to support the day-to-day operational management of the sales organization
  • Coordinates sales trainings and documentation
  • Supports sales force quotas and incentive programs
  • Supports contract management and facilitates process between sales, finance, and legal teams
  • Administers and optimizes a variety of tools in the sales organization’s technology stack
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Helps to build accurate and intuitive dashboards that align with business analytics and track to departmental and company goals

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience on an enterprise-level sales operations team, ideally at a B2B software company
  • Experience with complex sales organizations; both channel and direct sales operations experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a customized Salesforce or similar CRM environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of sales forecasts and pipeline analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and dedication to quality in work
  • Collaborative by nature
