Upwork is looking for an Analyst to help scale our Sales Operations team. You will be part of the Finance team and will work closely with our Sales Operations Manager to provide optimization support & recommendations for our dynamic business needs. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Equip the sales team with the right sales processes, tools, and territories with on-going training and support.
• Ensure that there is strong adoption by stakeholders around change management: following new processes and updated business workflows
• Drive action: help build a strong internal network of experts and resources within Sales and Marketing that can help drive effective change. 
• Collaborate with the demand generation team to ensure a strong pipeline of inbound leads.
• Support areas of core operations: data management, CRM data integrity, reporting & dashboards.
• Manage day-to-day needs of the Sales & Sales Ops team by becoming SME in certain tactical areas, as well as “running point” on special projects
• Help manage and update training and release documentation

What It Will Take:

• Creative problem-solver who thrives on challenges in fast-paced environments 
• Can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines
• Eager and willing to learn all facets of a business operations team
• Strong conceptual knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, DOMO, etc.) 
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Be a data junkie that is technical, analytical, and detail-oriented

How to really knock our socks off:

• Experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales operations a plus
• Fundamental understanding of subscription-based businesses
• Understanding of Enterprise Sales business models 
• Solid experience with Salesforce.com
