The Sales Operations/ Salesforce Admin role will assist in constant process improvement within and surrounding the sales organization. The position will focus on reporting and analytics, data integrity, salesforce projects and support various technologies that integrate with salesforce.

Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analytics: Support the sales teams, Sales Engineering teams and other lines of business with reporting and analytics within Salesforce and InsightSquared

Data Integrity: Evaluate the salesforce data in accounts, opportunities, leads and other objects to constantly improve the quality and integrity behind the data

Salesforce Projects: Assist with troubleshooting and solutionizing around business issues to help improve using Salesforce, documented processes as well as adding additional tools

Technologies: Assist with defining issues and researching solutions, providing a recommendation and implementing the proposed technology

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Project management experience
• Record of Consistent Level of High Performance
• Salesforce administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Responsibilities may include but are not limited to based on experience:

• Learning Management System
• InsightSquared or equivalent analytics tool
• Training and Development Planning
