Sales Ops Analyst

This role has diverse responsibilities and influence across multiple functional areas, primarily in sales, but extending to executive-level support through execution of strategic initiatives and transformational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve Salesforce™ by ensuring data accuracy and deal flow and system functionality / hygiene across opportunities, accounts and contacts.
Ensure fluid transactional processes among cross-functional stakeholders from sales, legal, FP&A, order management, and fulfillment.
Collaborate with Sales Managers in all aspects of evaluating their teams’ performance through custom Salesforce reports and ad hoc analysis.
Own and improve sales onboarding, communication and other sales enhancements / changes.
Ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations and payments.
Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
Assist weekly sales and services forecast presentations for field teams and executive leadership to evaluate progress against financial and other productivity targets.
Assist with ad hoc analysis and program execution for various company-wide initiatives, including integration of acquired or realigned businesses
Requirements
Minimum 2 years Salesforce experience
Strong analytical mindset
Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline methodologies
Experience with acquisitions and / or change management a plus
Efficient, resilient, independent problem-solving skills
Ability to execute from vision to outcome, guided by an understanding of the intent of assigned projects and tasks
