Do you want a role and an employer that appreciates how hard you’re willing to work? Are you sick of capped commissions/changing commission plans and office politics? Do you want to build and launch a sales team in the next 1-2 years?

Total compensation ranges from $75,000-$150,000/yr, but it requires commitment and hard work. If you achieve it, you will have the opportunity to launch your own market and sales team within 12-18 months. Highest performers can make over $200,000/yr with our uncapped commission structure.

We've built the best service and technology in a stale, dysfunctional industry and are looking for a highly motivated individual to get in on the ground floor at one of the fastest growing real-estate technology companies out there. If you think you can sell, we pay commission (uncapped). No more arbitrary or capped bonuses! 100% of our hires have successfully placed clients within their first week, with no real estate experience. If you are passionate about real estate, sales, and building relationships, this is the job for you.


By getting in at the ground level, you will be key to building the team, growing sales, building the AptAmigo brand, and scaling operations.

Immediately your job will be to:

  • Own and build renter relationships from company-provided leads (no cold-calling)

  • Help shape our software products directly with our CEO and CTO

  • Develop and nurture relationships with our property management partners

That said, we're a start-up so we all do dishes sometimes. No task is beneath any of us.


  • Cold-calling / telesales experience strongly preferred -- If you can cold call successfully, you'll be awesome at this (and never cold-call again). Enterprise sales experience is a plus.

  • IL Leasing Agent License - you will be expected to get your IL leasing agent license (15 hour course) within 120 days of employment.


  • Salary - commensurate with experience.

  • Commission - Aggressive % of the revenue you generate. No arbitrary bonuses. The more business you bring in, the more you make.
