About Brideside

We are a start-up founded by women by women. Our goal is to make the bridal party experience easy, fun and stress-free so that the bride can focus on celebrating with the women in her life. 

Our free personalized styling services help bring the bride’s wedding vision to life.  It also takes the weight off her shoulders by guiding her bridal party through bridesmaid dress selection and ordering process. As such, we are powered by a team of style consultants who provide concierge service to each bridal party - whether they shop online, in one of our showrooms, or with our Try at Home program.

 

Your Typical day includes / What can you expect to work on? 

  • Engage customers and educating customers on the Brideside brand

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and work towards maximizing sales conversion

  • Execute the full life cycle of account management, including but not limited to: responding to new lead prospects, building and tracking customer pipeline through Salesforce with extensive CRM notes, maintaining regular and responsive communications to new and existing customer leads 

  • Roll up your sleeves and work hard to meet the customer's needs at every turn

  • Build the Brideside brand through your brand ambassadorship- both inside and outside the store 

  • Offer product knowledge expertise that adheres to Brideside’s high standards

 

This Job Might Be For You If You Have-

  • A strong sense of style and an eye for fashion

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a client-building business 

  • The ability to work well in a team environment

  • A friendly disposition and the ability to easily connect with anyone

  • Salesforce Super-User skill set including the ability to keep detailed notes within Salesforce and creating new tasks and follow-up

  • A desire to grow personally and professionally in one of the fastest growing bridal companies in the world

  • Must be flexible and available to work weekends each month (not every weekend required)

 

Your Success Will Be Measured By-

  • The feedback and reviews of our customers

  • Your ability to reach personal sales goals and other store metrics

  • Your ability to represent the Brideside brand in-store

  • How well you interact and work with your team members

  • Your strength in possessing strong analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail; most importantly your ability to keep track of and respond to a large number of customers and create an effective follow-up schedule (CRM)
