The Sales Support Coordinator position provides general administrative support working with sales, marketing, clients, and prospective clients to optimize sales. The position reports to the Manager of Inside Sales and Lead Generation and will serve as a support role for the Inside Sales team and Sales Directors.
Responsibilities

  • Assist with prospecting, identifying key decision makers inside of targeted prospective clients and support building sales pipeline
  • Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Train on sales processes, develop understanding of how SMS Assist services can benefit to prospective clients.
  • Working alongside marketing preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials.
  • Contact prospective clients securing appointments for the Vice Presidents of Sales; schedules follow up meetings
  • Support the sales team with cold calls into key accounts
  • Construct and send professional follow-up emails to prospective clients after call completion on behalf of sales team
  • Updating Salesforce to manage new and existing opportunities for the sales team
  • Assist the Sales team in identifying key contacts to target; add the key contacts into daily contact lists
  • Coordinate on/offsite meetings and conferences, schedule appointments on behalf of the sales team.
  • Updates and maintains various information databases, assists with ad hoc reports as required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • System Experience: Salesforce, Sales Navigator, HubSpot or CRM experience preferred


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in business field, including 1 or more years selling or setting appointments with key decision makers preferred


Other Relevant Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in facilities or property management industry is a bonus
