Sales Support Manager
We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to assist in leading the Sales Support department. This individual will be responsible for managing a group of Sales Support Supervisors and their teams and managing all daily operational aspect of sales programs. Successful partnership with key internal departments is critical to this role to ensure complete alignment and coordination. In addition, a keen focus on optimizing processes and driving efficiency is required. Ultimately, the ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Sales Support Specialist Requirements:
- Supporting day-to-day sales operations
- Optimizing and implementing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards and ensuring standardization exists across each region.
- Coordinate logistics for running all sales contests from communicating contests out, setting up AwardCo budgets, sharing results, ordering prizes, and sending results to Payroll when necessary.
- Identifying ways to improve agent experiences.
- Coordinating on all licensing and appointment tasks between the sales and licensing department.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
- Serving as the point of contact for regional sales leadership on ongoing initiatives.
- Managing the development and administrative work of the Support Specialist Supervisors.
- Managing headcount needs and creating career path opportunities within the Support Specialist department.
- Ad hoc tasks requiring limited support.
Sales Support Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented.
