We’re looking for a Sales Enablement TManager (Chicago, IL or Remote)
We are looking for somebody who loves sales and wants to help our new reps reach targets faster. They’ll do this by collaborating with internal sales leaders to develop onboarding programs and facilitate new hires' first 90 days of success. Additionally, you’ll be building a continuous education curriculum to continue to uplevel our existing reps. This includes new product rollouts, skills training, and/or operational changes. You’ll be an expert on how to be an Account Executive and Account Manager in order for new hires to look to you as their best resource.
How you’ll contribute
Built In is growing fast and this is an exciting opportunity to build out this department from the ground up. You will be responsible for the following focus areas:
- Decrease new hire ramp times by building and leading onboarding initiatives
- Help train and certify all commercial ICs (Account Executives, Account Managers, SDRs/BDRs and CSMs) on pitch, demo, and proposal procedures.
- Design, develop and deliver learning programs across a variety of mediums that lead to lasting positive behavioral change and continued career growth for our sales team
- Work cross functionally with Product Marketing to equip and train sales teams on relevant talk tracks and decks for new product releases
- Set, measure, and report on the business impact of training programs
- Effectively consult and manage stakeholders by communicating in a clear, concise, persuasive manner on proposed solutions, tied back to business needs
- Understand and train reps on sales tech stack to ensure optimal utilization. We leverage Salesforce, Outreach, Churn Zero, Zoominfo, Chorus, and InsightSquared
What you need
- 5+ years of proven sales experience
- Previous experience within Sales Enablement/Training
- Proven ability to train and ramp commercial teams
- Salesforce Experience Preferred
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, highly self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, analytical with demonstrated problem solving and have sound business decision making skills in a fast growing/fast paced environment
- We are prioritizing local candidates, but are open to remote with the expectation of moderate travel to Chicago
