About The Role

The Sales Training and Enablement Specialist will hold a key role in driving revenue by supporting our sales organization’s success. This position will be focused on training and systems administration to improve the productivity and ramp time for our reps. This individual should be skilled at understanding stakeholder needs and translating those into a world-class training program.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content on a range of topics
• Deliver onboarding programs for new sales team members
• Work with sales management to identify gaps and implement solutions to fill those needs
• Maintain updated training content in an LMS
• Learn and understand sales tools and train team members on them
• Act as liaison for other teams to ensure curriculum is accurate
• Collect feedback and measure efficiency of initiatives based on performance objectives

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in sales enablement/training
• You have experience selling
• You have experience working in the software, technology, or digital marketing industry in a B2B environment
• You have experience managing an LMS
• You are an effective and engaging communicator
• You are organized and create well developed plans
• You are a team player and enjoy helping people
• You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
