Salesforce Administrator

What you’d achieve:

  • Playing an integral role in helping our Revenue Teams meet their objectives
  • Implement your vision for an efficient lead to cash workstream
  • Streamline overall Sales initiatives and processes
  • Lay foundations for 10x scale
  • Apply your Salesforce mastery to our organization
  • Work with other teams to implement solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Find creative ways to solve complex problems leveraging our Salesforce instance

  • Drive increased adoption of Salesforce as a system of record and reliable data source

The value you’d bring: 

  • Salesforce proficiency/mastery 
    • Design of efficient & effective data model
    • Automation using process builder, flow builder, approval workflows
    • Integration with a variety of other marketing, sales, support, and customer tools
  • Salesforce development experience (APEX) preferred
  • Prioritization of competing projects and timelines
  • Strong internal locus of control
  • Excellent people skills, team orientation, and professional attitude
  • Ability to create compelling and persuasive ideas and presentations (PowerPoint and/or Google Slides)

    In addition to overseeing LogicGate’s design team, Lo actively champions LogicGate’s values from a DEIB standpoint. “LogicGate is at an exciting stage of growth where we truly get to speak on changes that are important to us in building out our culture,” she said. She and her colleagues are working to create safe spaces for the community, where employees can connect with and learn from each other. “What's been uniquely LogicGate is the support leadership has shown toward our endeavors and the open dialogue we continue to have about ensuring DEIB is a sustainable effort for everyone.”

    EMBRACE COMMUNICATION
    The ability to find balance remotely
    “Working remotely has given me the opportunity to strengthen how I communicate, to my core team members and to the greater organization,” Mabelitini said. As a manager working remotely with a distributed team, Mabelitini employs group working sessions to simulate the camaraderie of in-office work. With less time spent commuting, they and their team are able to do more of the things that recharge them. “I am a more balanced and fulfilled individual when I sign on for work,” Mabelitini said. “I am able to confidently show up as Sophia — a people leader, a co-creator, a mentor and a friend.”

    LogicGate Senior Solutions Engineer Patrick Ryan
    When Ryan joined LogicGate as a sales development representative in 2019, he was looking for an entrypoint into the SaaS field. He found that — as well as an opportunity to quickly grow his skill set and knowledge base. “I was able to learn a ton about our platform and the industry we serve, which set me up for success once I was promoted in 2021,” Ryan said. Over the following two years, Ryan was promoted two more times, and he credits supportive leadership with paving the way for his professional success: “Our director of sales engineering helped me build a plan to earn a promotion.”
