We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will use their expertise to leverage Salesforce as a strategic tool to support our Sales Operations and business objectives.

About This Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will will become an expert on our sales process and flow, and collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to design and execute creative, scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for keeping our systems optimized, and help us organize and derive insights from Salesforce data.

We're looking for a candidate with experience taking ownership of how teams use Salesforce and a proven ability to develop creative solutions for business workflows. You will also have a track record of working to simplify reporting and improving overall operational efficiency, through your understanding of the underlying business needs. You're proficient with data management, reporting, and governance, and have an analytical, detail-oriented approach.

What you'll do:

  • Own and optimize Hologram’s Salesforce instance in accordance with industry best practices and maintain integrations with 3rd party tools; iterate on operational processes to improve efficiencies and proactively address organizational bottlenecks and pain points.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to facilitate management of the lead-to-sales pipeline and work cross-functionally with Finance and Partnerships to help build business requirements into the sales pipeline workflows
  • Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data including duplicate management, standardization of fields and creation of custom elements, such as fields, layouts, and objects; partner with Product and Engineering to import proprietary data
  • Support the organization by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to inform business decisions and track performance
  • Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, strategically advise on, and implement the best option to achieve business goals
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical and non-technical team members to provide training, record system configuration, communicate rollouts and releases, and share best practices

Helpful skills and experience:

  • 4+ years Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience creating and maintaining custom workflows, automation, and elements within Salesforce and related systems
  • Ability to build, maintain and analyze complex reports
  • Experience following a project process, including researching, gathering requirements, assessing and communicating risk, driving execution, and change management

  • Ability to work with Salesforce data migration and maintain data integrity and governance
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently follow through on projects to completion
  • Organized and detail-oriented

The Business Operations team strives to help Hologram's customer-facing teams deliver world class service and support. To accomplish this, the Business Operations team builds processes and maintain systems to ensure the trains are always running on time (or even a little early). Our team loves being detail-oriented, building out processes and workflows, and solving cross-functional challenges.
