BigTime Software is looking to add our first Salesforce Administrator. Reporting to the CFO, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for Salesforce.com and keeping the sales and marketing process running efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with experience running Salesforce in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment, and a passion for finding and owning opportunities.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Provide daily administration and support of Salesforce, including customization of objects, fields, record types, reports / dashboards and page layouts
Develop automation and process improvement opportunities through tasks, process builder workflows, validation rules and/or alerts to improve the usability of Salesforce
Own all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migration, data quality, systems integrations, potential 3rd party applications and AppExchange products
Overseeing business processes, analyzing areas of opportunity, data structure and reporting
Troubleshoot, identify root cause, find & implement solutions
Set up and train new users
Manage platform updates to Salesforce, and communicate to end-users
Ensure the overall cohesiveness and accuracy of the Salesforce ecosystems as it relates to data, architecture, and potential future systems integrations
Design technical solutions and identify integration opportunities with applications
Make recommendations for improving processes and data using Salesforce best practices
Work with the senior leadership on adhoc analysis as needed
Okay, we’ve laid out what the job is - now are you qualified? Here are the minimum qualifications we’re looking for in a Salesforce Administrator:
2+ year of professional experience as a Salesforce administrator, including some formal training on SFDC
Salesforce certification required
BA/BS degree preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Understanding of various pricing strategies, including SaaS and usage pricing and billing models
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
Experience successfully scaling processes and programs within a high-growth company
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals at all levels
